The Technical Administration consists of about 200 employees within the departments of public environment, water & waste, service department, and the project and management unit. We are responsible for cleaning, the municipality's vehicles and meals, ensuring that the municipality's traffic environment is safe and accessible, and that the residents of Kristinehamn have access to clean, fresh, and good water from the tap. We also manage the municipality's parks, properties, and are responsible for strategic local planning. Additionally, we handle the collection of household waste and operate the municipality's waste facility.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for summer substitutes for most of our various operations in the technical administration. The main tasks will include clearing undergrowth, weeding, mowing, scraping and painting, as well as various cleaning work in the municipality. Another task is pick-up and drop-off service for the municipality's vehicles and special cleaning such as window washing. If you have a C driver's license, driving jobs may also be relevant.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you to apply if you turn 18 during the spring or are older and have a B driver's license. If you have a C driver's license, we consider it an advantage. We prefer that you have previous work experience, but interest and the willingness to learn are the most important to us.

The work requires that you are self-sufficient and take responsibility for your tasks, as well as being efficient and working until the task is completed.
